Georgia Aquarium + Tarra + Craig = Fun!

For the past couple days Aunt Tarra has been here visiting.

With Craig being in the atlanta area, we took the opportunity to spend a quality day at the Georgia Aquarium.

We had a blast, and needless to say, so did the kids.

Putting Stickers on Daddy

Can you tell we've had nice weather lately? Most of our recent pictures include us in our PJs sitting in the screened-in porch. This is what happens at night after bath time.

What also happens at night after bath time is 'quiet time'. The time of evening William pretends not to run through the house at top speed, and Megan starts pulling out books for us to read. This particular evening, we gave Megan a pack of free stickers. You know the kind.. the ones that come in the mail with the hopes you'll return the favor with a donation. Well, Megan put every sticker to good use. One on each squirrel on Daddy's shirt, and then all over Daddy's face. Fun times!

New Sun Glasses

The kids got some new sunglasses this weekend.

They seem pretty excited to show them off.

Easter Lilies

How cute are these?

Lately, my new favorite magazine is Family Fun. There are loads of good ideas in there that make me wonder why I hadn't thought of them myself.

Their craft ideas are the best, for the following reasons:
They're...

• Quick
• Cheap, and
• (best of all) EASY!!

Take these for example. We traced William's hands for the white part of the lily, used green straws for the stems, and green leaves for the paper. That's all folks! It's just that easy.

The best part, William was occupied for a good hour helping me put these together. Mostly, he used the hole puncher to punch one thousand holes in a sheet of green paper. But when it was time to trace his hand, he was up for the task.

School Pictures!

The daycare does an ok job of taking school pictures regularly. About twice a year, the kids line up with their freshly tousled hair and smile for the camera.

William, the little ham, loves getting his picture taken and therefore consistently takes great pictures. Unfortunately, we do not have such luck with Ms. Moody Megan. Her cranky disposition to strangers tends to result in a frowny faced photo.

Last Thursday, the school took their Spring pics and to our surprise, both Megan and William are smiling! Yay! Finally! Two good photos to distribute!!
