We woke up this morning to a surprise. About an inch of snow had fallen. Because this is the South, that means that schools are delayed or closed.
The kids took advantage of this rare opportunity to have a little fun.

Of course we had to end a romp in the snow with a mug of hot coco.

Awe! It looks like you had fun. I wish I was able to hang out this morning and play in the snow w/ you guys. Did William see the message I wrote in the snow for him?
Wow that looks like fun for the kids. It's amazing how living in the South, you can "whip" out snow coats, hats and gloves, in getting them ready to go out. They look so cute. Just like Northern Bunnies.

that is hilarious! One inch of snow... and people freak. Kinda like when we lived in the Mojave Desert. When it rained... people stopped driving. It wasn't until I experienced a full blown "10 minutes of rain" did I understand why... things flooded and fast yet people honestly didn't know how to drive in the rain. Scary.
I'm glad they had so much fun! William looks as if he was just E..N..Joying that hot cocoa!!! :) :)
