"That man is coming out of his hole!" This is what William tells us while he's eyeing the creepy decorations at our closest amusement park.
Carowinds (similar to a six flags) becomes "Scarowinds" in October. In addition to the nightly haunted houses, children can spend their weekends trick-or-treating with their favorite nickelodeon characters.
We didn’t do any trick-or-treating, on account of them handing out jolly-ranchers… blech!! But we did go on some roller coasters. The hit of the day? Scooby-doo’s Haunted Mansion. This was especially fun because Megan could go with us and William gets to catch ghosts and Scooby snacks with a laser gun. “Re-e-e-elp! Raggy!!”

Wow! I love scarowinds. It looks like great fun. William looks like he enjoyed the roller-coaster enough to go for a second ride. Great pictures. Megan's hair do is so cute with her little Pebbles pony tail. It's really getting long. Your new camera is really catching her in beautiful shots. She's a real beauty.

What a difference 4 months makes...the kids appear so much more comfortable on the merry-go-round compared to their ride in June! Can't believe William likes roller-coasters! Charlotte has an endless list of family things to do this time of year!
That's great! Sea World and Lego Land both do something like that. But I think we'll be doing that next year. We are PACKED this October. I love all the pictures. SOOOO cute.
