Yes, a "huge" snow storm hit Charlotte last night. I almost had to think about getting out the shovel, then remembered that it'll be gone by noon. Actually, some of the streets are already dry.

The News People always Hype up any kind of weather into a National Disaster, so ya better get prepared.
They do the same thing here in Dallas.
Growing up on the East coast really sees some bad weather , not the little rain we get here. Or the snow or the ice. And like NC it's usually all gone by noon.
Glad you got to see some of the white flakes. Have fun. Kelly would also chuckle with what you just got....Wish the kids could get to make a snowman.
