Ryan has obtained his Green Belt Certification for Six Sigma! What an achievement!For those not familiar with Six Sigma, it is a method of improving a process to eliminate error or waste, which usually results in a cost-savings. To get a Green Belt, you have to attend classes, take an exam, and then work on a project that successfully improves a process within your company. A few weeks ago, Ryan finished his project and yesterday presented his results as a success.
