See? I told you it was a bad week at the Cunningham house.
Somewhere between home and work, I ran over a screw. The car felt weird when I drove to work Wednesday morning and even more oddly unbalanced on the way home… and there was a strange noise in the right, front side of the car… “Not so much here, or here… but in this general area, here.” To be honest, it did kinda sound like a tire issue.
By the time I pulled into the driveway, the tire was completely flat. Again, an intervention from God must have been in order. I drove a good 20 miles on that flat tire.. plus I swerved off the pavement into a small trench at one point on the way home (please, don’t ask). The kids and I could have been doomed, but we all made it home safely.
The good news is that the process of putting on the spare tire was new and exciting family affair.

I love the extra pictures! When in doubt, read the instructions! Megan is surely trying to tell you something and William is taking it all in. Amazing that you made it home on that flat! Scary!
I'm glad that you were able to make it to safety. I got a flat on my truck in Germany, it was sealed and I managed to get home when I heard a pop and hissing... so yeah, God has awesome timing!
