As if a trip to ADK wasn’t enough, we took a bonus trip up to New York City to visit Aunt Tarra, Ryan’s sister. We were only there for one evening, but Tarra met us at our hotel and was prepared with an agenda of kid-friendly activities for us to enjoy.
We started off at the coolest playground ever in Central Park. Tunnels and stone pyramids with a mini river on top?? There’s no topping that.

William got his first NY subway ride as we went one stop from the playground to M&M World on Time Square. M&M World was three stories high and you could fill bags of M&Ms in any color you wanted. Can you guess what color William got?

After that, we walked around Time Square and looked at all the billboards. Megan was on my backpack waving to every person that walked by.

As I said, we were only there for one evening, but we were so glad to have had the opportunity to catch up with Aunt Tarra. :)

I've been waiting to see the NY pictures. Tarra looks great and it was wonderful that she had a fun fill day planed for you guys in NYC. Great fun in the M&M Store also.
It looks like you had alot of fun. I love the pic with the giant M&M. I want to go to New york City I have never been.
Now that is a candy store and playground! Nobody does it any better than NY City! The street scenes in NY made me nervous, though. So much traffic and people. Glad you guys were holding on to each other tightly!
How fun!! I went to the M&M store in Vegas. It was amazing! I am sure this one was just like it.
WOW...you guys took a BIG vacation! That's awesome.
It was SO great to have you guys here, if only for a few hours. Dont worry I am keeping a growing list of super cool kid-friendly stuff to do for the next time you breeze through NYC~! Those Times Square pics are classic, I didn't realize how hectic it actually looks! Funny. Please come back soon!!
