Hiking Moss Lake

The first day there, Ryan, Brian, Crissy and I decided to take the kids on a hike around Moss Lake. It was a 2.6 mile walk on a well marked path in the middle of the woods. Though we walked around Moss Lake, we really didn’t see too much of the actual lake. But it was a fun hike anyway.

William stopped to pick up just about every rock he found, which slowed us down a little bit. But Ethan and Megan hung in their packs like troupers and seemed to enjoy the scenery.

Awesome pics! Looks like you guys had a great time! You have the same backpack carrier we do. We've had it since our oldest was young enough to fit in it, so that's a testament to how durable those things are!

What a great walk. So beautiful.
I can't believe one of you guys wasn't carting Willaim on your back. He lasted the entire walk. Way to go William!

That really is a nice hike. I bet William was loving the adventure. I see he has leaves on his back...I can imagine how that happened. HA! Kids.

I love the pictures of them asleep in their backpacks. I like how you got pics of her in her strawberry sandals. It made me laugh after your older post!
